Positives: - Rooms very clean - updated bathroom, great size ! - comfy beds. Negatives - noisy outside location, off main road. - thin walls so can hear your neighbours. - damp, mouldy room. - poor ventilation leaving a damp room. Even the sheets on the bed felt damp. Otherwise, value for money. Friendly staff.

This hotel is an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Takapuna and Hauraki Corner. It’s also a short walk to the beach, and has nearby bus stops. The rooms were clean and a good size, and the staff were friendly. I would happily stay here again.
