I will definitely stay at the Oaks the next time I am in Auckland. Amenities were good and the staff were friendly. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Perfect if you are going to concert at Spark arena also.

I would recommend this place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff and in walking distance to everything in the CDB. Next time we stay in will just be asking for a room away from the road side as it is quite noisy. I couldn't sleep at all. But dont let that put you off.
