Lovely hotel, excellent staff and location, great amenities. It was an absolute pleasure staying here before my flight. Really beautiful setting, spacious room, and very classy ambiance. It is located walking distance to some restaurants and a 24-hour laundromat. The airport shuttle costs around $5 USD and runs regularly. I'd definitely stay here again.

Ive stayed here before and will likely stay again. It is convenient to the airport and perfect for a layover. It is not that close to Auckland's amenities for longer stays. I did get an upgraded room this time which was way nicer than the standard rooms I've had before. Really nice after 22 hours of flight. A few public transport options near by. My bus ride from the airport was only about ten minutes.
