The hotel is new, location is great, beds are very comfortable, and we were offered a room upgrade with nice city view. Overall the whole experience was very good. I only say that the location is very good, a neighbourhood that is walkable, only a short distance to great restaurants, parks, and the CBD. Staff were nice and helpful.

Was a nice clean room, albeit on the small side. Watching TV gave you a sore neck as chairs were close and TV mounted high. Would have preferred an open space not a separate bedroom. Bed was comfortable and clean as mentioned. Staff were very pleasant and location great for Spark Arena as we were seeing a show there.

The room was clean, however, the room was very very tight and looked out onto a public balcony for the floor. So, it was a little unfortunate of a view, and we had to keep our blinds shut at all times. But, for a short stay was not bad.

I couldn't fault the Staff, communication, cleanliness immaculate. Even though there is limited parking on site there are options close at hand. It would be good to know a bond is required at checkin beforehand and also be told it could take up to a week to receive your refunded bond. Apart from that handy to Spark Arena, the Railway Station and Parnell.

Great hotel to visit auckland

Great hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable , have a kitchen with fridge and freezer. Location is about 10-15mins walk to the centre and a lot of parking space closeby (free in weekends, during weekdays 3.5 NZD for the first 2 hours after that 6NZD per hour (8am-6pm))

Fantastic place to stay if you are heading to a concert at Spark Arena, less than a 5 minute walk. Walking distance to the viaduct, Britomart & CBD. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean. Would definitely stay again.
