For a homestay the property was in good condition.They offer a basic continental breakfast if you need a quick bite. However, the noise from vehicles passing by the road especially at night was bothering.

I love how spacious & super clean the room & bathroom are. It’s so homie & cozy. It was my first time staying at a Airbnb Homestay accommodation because I normally stay at hotels. The view from the room, lounge & kitchen was great. I love how the sun shines through the house in the morning feels so welcoming. The beds were so comfortable & clean.

Our stay was perfect for what we wanted. Tina was super friendly and helpful; our room had a great view; the bed was comfortable; shower had great pressure. A little hint to others - this is a beautiful old home, so you can hear others while in your room. Not enough to disturb sleep though, just enough to know you're not alone in the home. This also made it feel like a home, and not a hotel. Thanks

Just wanted to leave a review for a wonderful stay. First time here in NZ and what a warm welcome form Tina. Beautiful building, clean and bright and an all round lovely place to stay. Close to train station, supermarket and bus stop. Absolutely perfect. Thank you so much! If I'm in Auckland again will have to stay here.

This homestay is a bit bare bones but otherwise lovely. We stayed in the Anawhata room which has a private entrance and small lounge. The addition of a fan and a hairdryer to that space would be lovely. Quiet and private despite being in a main road. Location is easy to access to the city, west Auckland and airport. Finn the cat is a delight.
