Thank you, we enjoyed our stay. Staff were lovely, helpful and nice. We did find a couple of things about the room. There was obvious stains on the roof in the bathroom and some ammenities like the conditioner were empty. However everything else was fine. Thank you again.

The room size was perfect for working from your computer and relaxing at night. Great size. Parking was reasonable and being onsite was so handy. My friend and I enjoyed our stay at The Chancellor. The staff are helpful and our room was clean with nice shampoo and soap provided. The hotel is within walking distance of the ferry harbour, train station, shopping mall and supermarkets. :)

Bad smell in foyer - booked a king bed and just got two singles put together and kept splitting apart - black mold in shower - toilet to small so water splashes - towel rack not even screwed in - curtains had stains on them - loved the pool and sauna fabulous upkeep and facility - the tiles all chipped and carpet stained - stains on towels
