Excellent hotel, clean, comfortable with great staff and concierge services. All staff are amazing! Nicole, the concierge, was very helpful making all arrangements for us. Breakfast was great! Highly recommend this hotel right in the heart of the city center.

Great room and amazing staff service! Breakfast was a nice buffet selection. The location is nice as several restaurants and attractions are close by. Many tours pickup at that location. Concierge and front desk staff were extremely helpful, we always felt well taken care of.

Great hotel for a stay in Auckland. We'll appointed rooms with comfortable bed, coffee machine, spacious and relaxing. Only issue was the room wasn't made up and had to request this from front desk but all sorted after that. Lovely staff super friendly and helpful. Really re ommend for a very nice stay!

From the moment I pulled up at valet park to the moment I left I felt like a valued cutomer. Every staff member was helpful. Lovely hotel. I didn't get hcance to eat in the restaurant or the bar but I will next time.
