Had an excellent 1 night stay at Greenlane Manor Motel for a concert! Owners gave great service, gated entry so safe parking for our vehicle. We found the room to be quiet and beds comfortable- just what you want! If our normal places were booked out we wouldn't have found this hidden gem.

Clean room, presentable and fit for purpose for our 3 night stay. We had the Deluxe Studio Jetted Tub. The photos online don't do it justice - was dubious until walked through the door. Very nice! Good to have a balcony - didn't get to use it due to being out most of the time. Kitchenette very good - good amount of tea/coffee sachets etc, lovely gingernut biscuit, choice of standard or special coffee cups. The jetted tub was amazing - especially after our many walks. Shower had great pressure and having 3 towels between the 2 of us was a bonus if needed (which we didn't for this stay). Love the makeup remover sachet and the dark face cloth to help further removal if needed. Nice bright lights in the right place, and good dimmer ones by the bed. Bed was comfy and large, nice bedding. Extra pillows a bonus - especially having one firm and one softer - thank you! Car parking plenty and easy. Only wee complaint (haven't down-scored the rating for it though) is the noisy fridge at night - like permanent ice cracking - all night! Maybe needs replacing or fixing. Good location for the bus, supermarket down the road and safe area.

Lovely big room, nice and clean and had everything we needed. Only a short 10/15 drive into central Auckland and close to the motorway, but exceptionally quiet in our room. Great place

We were only there for one night and it was a quick night since we were out late and left early in the morning. However, it was a fantastic place with the nicest hosts. Very clean and very respectable place. Would definitely stay there again!
