We had a lovely one night stay for a birthday celebration. The room and bathroom were beautiful, spacious and bright; the staff were friendly and helpful; and the breakfast was excellent in both choice and quality. The pool and gym were also good. All in all we really enjoyed our short stay.

The refreshed rooms are brilliant and the staff are always helpful and some even remember you. Hopefully the renovation can make its way to some of the quieter corners of the property (like the parking garage lift as that still smells a bit funky and is a little tired).

Ive stayed here a few times and it never disappoints, staff are always super friendly & helpful, so 5 star customer service, especially with the check in staff, amazing. Rooms are spacious, clean, bed & pillows super comfy. I would highly recommend the Junior suite with balcony, my favorite room here. New train station in town only 5 minutes walk from hotel, super handy & convenient. Great work team, as always, great service 👍

Loved our stay here. We were going to the Civic to watch a show, so it was very handy. Awesome customer service across the board. Great meals in the restaurant. Some of the interior is dated and could benefit from repairs but overall it was great. We'd go back again.
