The room and building were clean and polished to the highest standard, breakfast was complimentary and delicious. And the rooftop bar was nothing short of memorable! The staff were warm, welcoming and available for all needs and questions. I will be staying here again next time im in Auckland.

The property location is convenient. Breakfast is good. I reserved a corner room expecting a nice view but found out it facing another high building, so I talked to the front desk lady and she changed for us a smaller room but facing the sky tower.

This is a great place to stay when in Auckland. I couldn’t fault it - we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are modern, clean & comfy. Hot shower & wifi - no issues. Also no noise from other guests or from the traffic. Every member of staff that we encountered were friendly; happy & very helpful.

We highly recommend four points to anyone who is looking to stay in Auckland city. Expedia made the booking process very easy. First ever time staying here and we received lovely service, staff that was very cooperative with changes, the food was amazing and to top it off we got to enjoy drinks at their breathtaking roof top bar. My partner and I were very happy.

The unit was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
