The receptionist was very lovely upon checking in and out. Great facilities and location. Room was very spacious and tidy. I would’ve given them 5 stars but the bedsheet underneath the mattress cover was very badly stained, the mattress cover was clean but they must’ve forgotten there was a dirty sheet underneath it.

It was clean, quiet and nice, staff are reasonably friendly, there was some construction on the paths around it but that should be gone soon enough and it couldn't be heard. It could've been more private but the windows are tinted and the block out curtains block out all light. Overall pretty nice stay

Could not ask for better service from this lovely couple we couldn’t get an Uber to take us 9ks as not far enough apparently so they took us to our destination service was over and beyond what we expected the room was clean and spacious no noise we will definitely stay again

The only downside was the room only had block out blind facing the common area so had to keep closed for privacy which made the room dark during the day as when open everyone could see into our room. Sheers would have helped with both light and privacy.

I didn't like it was sound proof as described in properttly details it says "sound proof room" i could hear other guests throughput the nights. Dangerous front door as ut can not be locked from the inside for guests with children. I was in the bathroom when my 3yr old opened the front door an nearly walked out. Locks need looking into. Not safe for children 3 an under. Very clean but itchy sheets.
