We use this Hotel almost monthly for travel from VA to TX homebase, and other areas. It's well managed and tucked away nicely but close to anything you need and just off the highway. The staff are welcoming and rooms have been super clean and they are accommodating when we travel with pets about trying to get us ground floors...

My room was smelly, the carpet was disgustingly dirty. I couldn't wait for the next day to checkout, I had a terrible night. Spiders was in the bathroom, dog hair was on the furniture, it was awful. I will never stay at this location again. When I think of the Hampton Hotel, I think about luxury, spacious clean rooms, noise proof rooms and I can go on and on. I will not stay at this location again.

Overall nice stay

The hotel overall is very nice, breakfast was good and the lady stocking it was very nice. Our sink and shower drained horribly and the lady who checked us in was not friendly. Is it that hard to smile and say hi, welcome? Would still stay again though.

We stay here often when running from TX to VA - perfect mid-point and a dog friendly team and facility.... the team is always friendly and welcoming - and try to get us on a ground floor. Clean rooms and well maintained... We'll be back...

We asked for adjoining rooms on the reservation or at least next door and our rooms were nowhere near each other. We did at least get placed next door after pointing this out. The vent did not work in one bathroom and the tubs do not drain.

They need to do a better job of cleaning the bathroom shower. The shower head had caked up water residue that was a pinkish color. They are a “dog friendly” so they should be doing EXTRA CLEANING for customers that don’t have animals.

Well considering hotels.com committed false advertisement said I could use wired internet it was not allowed it also said unlimited WiFi but only cell phones would connect to it, the desk people where the most rude people I have ever met in my life, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy even if it only cost 1$ a night!

I’ve always preferred a Hampton Inn wherever I travel and I’ve never been this disappointed. This Hampton Inn is below standards by a far cry. My room wasn’t cleaned very well, smelled like rotten fish, A/C never got the room below 71degrees, and the final insult was that I went to bed fine and woke up with pink eye. I may need to rethink Hampton Inn as my choice hotel when I travel, but I will ABSOLUTELY never reserve at this Hampton again.

Everything was overall quite good except the water coming out of the tap had a very bad taste. Understand, this is probably a city water problem and hopefully being addressed. The front desk manager did a good job keeping an adequate bottled water supply available.

The room didn’t get cleaned until after 4:00 p.m. and she was next door at 9:00 a.m. I had to say something at the front desk to get something done we had no clean towels. The breakfast wasn’t the best but ok they were out of some things but overall everything was great

Not the best, not the worst, just meh

Hampton Inns are our go-to hotel for whenever we travel around the country as they are so family friendly and consistent. Was disappointed at the condition of this particular location. For example, the tub faucet fixture was barely hanging on by a thread, and there was hair on the edge of the tub when we checked into the room. Mistakes happen. We will definitely continue to stay at Hampton Inns, but this location was just a little threadbare and worn in terms of room condition.

Not so good.

They were having water problems so we left a night early. Would have left the 1st night if we had known sooner. Also the pool was green. They said the pump was not working. Also the towels had lots of stains on them and the floor in the room wasn't clean.

Worse stay ever

My family was racial profile by the front desk worker Laurie. She called the police without speaking to adult first. When we first checked in we wasn’t asked for ID or anything and didn’t sign any paperwork. Laurie completely ruin my cousin birthday. She assume that there was only juvenile’s in the room when there was 3 rooms booked and each room had a adult. Because our cousins came to room which they were under the age 18 as well she assume they smoked weed and smelled like weed. She lied. When the police got there they didn’t smell no weed and he even came in the room and there was no sign of nothing not even alcohol only juice, food, cake and confetti.
