Hotel has aged but the rooms are spacious and clean. The front staff are bit sad/depressed but helpful. My shower didn't work as it was broken to the point that you can't turn on the water. I only discovered the morning of checking out as I only stayed 1 night. Had to take shower in a other unoccupied room. Breakfast was included but looked sad so I skipped it. Luckily, this location is next to a bunch of restaurants that you can walk to. If you only need to crash over night, it's comfortable and fine. Location is good.

Pool looks old and long over do to be resurfaced ac unit panel that was in my room was broken and had to operate it by stoning pen inside to push the button and lights didn’t work we had to use the ones on the head board and the room smelled of heavy dog urine or just dogs in general

It was clean but the first time I stayed there the room lights didn’t work we had to use the bed lights and the second time we stayed there the the room smelled like dog urine and the ac/heater unit control panel was broke u had to stick a pen in it to turn it on cause I wasn’t stickin my finger in there. Also the doors on the side buildings are all broke and don’t shut so security is basically limited to room anybody can walk inside the building with out goin to lobby

The only thing nice about this Hotel is the name. It was the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed at. If there was another option we would have left and forfeited the money and stayed elsewhere. My entire family was appalled. There was hair and dirt on the toilets and on the ground, a large toenail on the bed, and bugs in the shower. We literally slept and left. I would never recommend this hotel, in fact, it should be reported to The American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA). Zero stars.

While the Staff is exceptional and top notch, the room was definitely upgraded. Granited tub walls nd bathroom counter top. Room however smelled of old dirty weed. While I was staying only 1 night, since it was snowing badly and road was closed, I could not sleep. I had roaches on the sink, in the sink, on the wayll by the door, in the tub and lamp shade. All posing for photos and staring at me from the lamp shade as I was laying in bed. Pretty damn hard to get sleep, since it was midnight by the time I was able to.

Had roach problem. Saw cockroach crawling the wall near bed so had to kill it with towel. But it wasn't only one. Also there was old food left in the fridge (I don't know from when) and inside fridge wasn't clean. The room had many stains everywhere. I asked the hair dryer and the front desk brought / installed it but the handle part was sticky. TV remote was not working and there seemed to be only one channel available. Big question if or how the room is cleaned.

I made my reservation on 10/31, Expedia itinerary: 72067820958712. I received a confirmation of my stay from Expedia on 11/10. When I showed up at the hotel, they had no record of my reservation. They suggested I contact Expedia, which I attempted to by Chat while standing in the lobby. I would get a few questions in, then get cut off. I attempted to find a Customer Service phone number, but you know how difficult that is since you purposely send everyone to Help Articles and AI chat. After an hour with no help from Expedia, I had to leave to attend the funeral I came to town for. Since we didn't have the hotel room we reserved, the woman at the Front Desk was kind enough to let us change in the small lobby bathroom. As we left she was on the phone with her manager trying to sort it out, but we had to go. I have no way of knowing who dropped the ball, Expedia or the hotel. Either way it added a tremendous amount of stress to what was already a difficult day.

First room we were assigned the television didn’t have a cable box, so we were assigned a second room. Second room was dirty with floss sticks on the floor/toilet paper on the floor of the bathroom. We were never given WiFi information or where the continental breakfast room was. Funny, the desk clerk told us we should have stayed at the Red Lion across the freeway… An old tired hotel….
