“I booked this hotel and was so surprised at the high level of customer service, quality and care and attention to detail in the rooms. For the price we paid it was exceptional value for money. we arrived quite later and we were on a conference the following day, so use of the leisure facilities was limited. we did have a peek though and we will will be back to use this hotel again for the conference next year. “Great location, I’ve stayed here many times over the past few years. Hotel offers free car parking. And great views of Jubilee Campus. The Flexi card (to access the room using my phone) didn’t work. So I had to get a physical card. But other than that - a straightforward visit. Sometimes noise from the atrium did echo around the building - but it wasn’t a huge problem”
