The room, although not fancy, is very comfortable with table and 2 chairs, bureaus and shelves, end tables, large bathrooms. Just well laid out. Off the highway enough to be quiet. Not a pretty setting but lots of birds singing. Our second time here and would stay again.

There really isn't anything nice to say about this place. I had extremely low expectations for a place called "Budget Inn" in the middle of nowhere. But the room was filthy, beds were insanely uncomfortable, and there were tons of bugs on the ceiling and cobwebs in the corners of the walls. TV service didn't work. Only positives: close to freeway access and a convenient gas station next door, and restaurant across the street. Definitely recommend finding a different location.

Evening woman in office was charming. Room was reasonably priced, had everything we needed. We didn't need or want to pay for extras. Free breakfast for example isn't really free. Beds & pillows were comfortable and it was quiet. Slept great.

It was ok for a very cheap property. But poor lighting in the room, the door didn't close properly, the whole place smelled like mould, and a noisy inefficient air conditioner. For the price it was ok.

The inn was very clean and I loved the colors. We got caught in a storm and arrived late, but they were gracious about it. :)

It was great. The only thing I would recommend is turning the a/c on around noon if it's going to be hot so we could have walked into a room that was cool and not 80 some degrees.
