Beautiful 2 queen bed room, beautiful hotel, beautiful pool area, great happy hour, 1block to beach. Fast valet service, AND has free hotel car service to locations within 2 miles. We would definitely stay here again in Palm Beach. As nice (or nicer!) than Colony Hotel, for a much more reasonable price!
Only minor issues include housekeeping requests a bit slow ( had to request multiple times), rooms need larger trash cans. But otherwise an Exceptional hotel overall.

The property looked extremely luxurious however, the elevators were broke and have been broke for a while. There was no hot water on the seventh floor where we were located and another guest that had stayed there had told me that they have been broken for a while and no hot water available in the showers and the sinks. Also the floor had hair on it from people before it wasn’t very clean. The rooms are not very user-friendly.
