We had a great experience at the Forum. The staff was very friendly, parking wasn't overly tight. The hotel location is a few blocks from the boardwalk, the beach, and the main shops of Ocean City New Jersey. The pool area was clean and well-appointed with umbrellas for shade. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Very nice motel customer service rep at the front desk was very nice and polite. We were able to check in early. Rooms were nice, decent size in the bathrooms were newly renovated showers were very clean. That were a little hard and stiff, but the comforter and sheets that made up for it. Plenty of parking Only complaint is wish they had icemaker closer to the pool area. Overall, very nice hotel would stay again due to the customer service. A gentleman of the front desk was very helpful.

Wonderful stay! Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Room was clean, nicely decorated and offered all needed item. Housekeeping was on site to assist with items or services on request. I Pool was clean, we'll maintained and offered many places to sit. Cyld use a couple of more umbrellas but all in all a very enjoyable stay!!

The staff was very nice and the room was renovated and really nice. I think it could benefit from some shades as the curtain does not fuller cover the window. We had to use clips where possible. The pool is a nice touch but it needs to be cleaned. The kids pool was dirty so we did not use it.
