The room was very nice,clean and roomy and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. This hotel is connected to Ballys casino so you don't have to walk outside to get to the boardwalk. The location is great. We did not eat at the hotel but there were a couple restaurants that looked nice. I read some reviews complaining about smoke and Marijuana smell. The hotel is smoke free and we never smelled or saw anyone smoking anything and it was a busy weekend. Would definitely stay here again. Great hotel!

We love the price at the Claridge. The location is perfect. We had a problem with the first room we were in, no air conditioning. They put us in another room and it was perfect. The Italian bistro on the 6st floor is a great place to eat. And the VUE on the roof is decent.

The Clairidge is not the most modern hotel in AC but it’s ok. I stay for conveniences like the extended pool hours and the adult swim. I love the suites with the whirlpool tubs. I do think they can gradually start making updates to their establishment starting with the tvs lol.

Perfect location for boardwalk. The size of the rooms are +. Definitely all the rooms are on the bigger side. Affordable pricing. Elevators might be a bit slow/crowded. So be prepared. Staff is helpful if you are having any issues with building, payments or any front desk general questions

The room was definitely clean and super comfortable! My husband and I akways keep the do not disturb sign on the door but the hotel sent us a nice letter letting us know they respected our privacy and if there was anything we needed to contact the front desk. The elevators are a tad slow but they are older so its understandable. The staff is very helpful and kind !

The front desk staff were great, especially the young man who checked me in, The rooms could.be cleaned a little better there were blood stains on the headboard, the carpet was sticky as if someone spilled juice on it. My room was changed since the ac wasn’t working, They were really quick at accommodating and changing us, The rooms didn’t have a microwave which was a little annoying. Other than that it was pretty good stay.

Reinforce pool rules along with no jumping or diving in pool: Cleaning the pool should be increased through the day. The desk reception was helpful and polite. Avoid valet parking… The stay at The Claridge Hotel was safe and fun. Avoid being green… studying the premises before you go.

Our room was quiet, clean, and up to date with good linens and towels and comfortable bed. The rooftop VUE bar was quite pleasant. On a Tuessday night, there were no adequate restaurants open either in this hotel or in nearby casinos. We made do with good quality snacks at VUE bar. Lobby, elevators, and long passageways to the garage looked threadbare. We enjoyed the Curator's Tour and organ concert at Boardwalk Hall, but the rest of Atlantic City was quite depressing, and even frightening.

It was poor experience - from the check in, which took over 1.5 hours, to the elevators (which you’d hope you would get on). Overbooked and crowded. Loud noises in the hallway, rusty vents. Staff was nice but overall experience and logistics of the hotel was quite poor.

I love the front check in staff they was wonderful very helpful and respectful. However I was not satisfied with the two rooms I booked neither one had been cleaned there was only one towel and one wash cloth in the each room the room doors was dirty it had food and trash on it the fridge was dirty I had to go down to the front desk and asked for a vacuum so I could clean my two rooms the lady and the desk informed me they didn’t have one that I could use but house keeping would come and clean them the didn’t come the next day it was the same issue house keeping only came to bring a towel and remove the trash I was very un pleased with this
