Check in was easy and it was close to boardwalk. Our room was clean and the bathroom was clean. The bathroom door could not lock as it was broken. People were fighting in the room above us on and off all night. No coffee pot or phone in the room. I had to walk in the morning to a nearby casino to get coffee before 9:30. That was the first time I stayed in a place with no coffee maker in the room, and no phone to call management when people were fighting. I’d stay there again, price was low and proximity to boardwalk was great.

The property manager was exceptionally nice! I loved the personable interaction and friendliness. The room was okay, and I had rowdy neighbors upstairs but it was a block from the boardwalk and Resorts casino so last minute booking and the convenience, not bad.

The staff was nice, friendly and very responsive, However property was very dirty. Sheets had many stains, we ended up buying bed sheets, the floor was a rug and not even 10 mins of my sneakers being off when I looked at the bottom of my feet the socks were so black as if I have been walking on them allll day and I wasn't. The bathroom door had make up stains all over. and the floor had pieces of garbage everywhere. I wish the owners look at this review as an opportunity to take care and fix up the property.

The hotel has rooms that people are staying long term. They have signs in their windows saying "by all means, do not knock on the door." It was loud all night. Yelling and banging. Someone even knocked on the bathroom window while we were there. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the microwave was missing a knob to set the heat. The door to the room locked, but to be honest needed another lock for security. We passed many homeless and strung out people on the walk to the boardwalk.
