This property gets 3 stars because when we arrived it was a nightmare. The check-in process was smooth however the room that we were originally given was on the side that was not renovated and it was worst than a $2 dollar motel (you can get the picture). I went back down to the front desk and the girl that originally checked me in knew that she was wrong for putting me and my family in that tower and in that room. She changed our room to the renovated side with no problem and no fee. The room we ended with was 100 times better! The renovated side is nice and perfect for a family stay! We had a blast at the water park, arcade, and go karts! Wish that the food one site was open but most things are only open on the weekends, however there are many food places nearby (hotel has no microwave onsite so no leftovers). Overall we had an amazing stay, please do not be conned into staying on the side that is not renovated especially if you’re paying full price.

I stayed for a whole week in the balcony suite with no housekeeping, I asked for fresh towels, and the women didn't speak English and asked me to call the front desk. I'm not sure why there's phones in the rooms. No one answers when u call ANY department. I also wanted to report the living room window leaking water. That's where a lot of my towels went, too. This hotel wasn't ready with a full staff to deal with the spring break the check in lines around around the corner with at least an hour wait. Keep in mind it's my birthday 🎂 I wasn't there for the Waterpark. What did help was a massage at Aura 2nd fl Maria was the best 👌 she didn't speak English but did an excellent job which helped to relieve some stress. The room was dated, and needs to be remodeled.

I don’t know where to begin. The New Orleans Tower is dated oh and smells of cat. It’s disgusting. They have visuals going to the waterpark with no coverups on which they should make that a thing it’s a family hotel. I got it but you’re going to the waterpark and wearing Shoes, bathing suits with your body parts hanging out disgusting the front desk doesn’t answer the phone efficiently. The rooms mediocre at best for the price that they charge although my room was moved to the bourbon tower, which was a little bit updated and I say a little bit, although Ryan Hart the new Appointed hotel manager is trying to rectify all wrongs. Also Charisse from the front desk was amazing and very helpful. It would take some time for me to stay there again
