I don’t know where to begin. The New Orleans Tower is dated oh and smells of cat. It’s disgusting. They have visuals going to the waterpark with no coverups on which they should make that a thing it’s a family hotel. I got it but you’re going to the waterpark and wearing Shoes, bathing suits with your body parts hanging out disgusting the front desk doesn’t answer the phone efficiently. The rooms mediocre at best for the price that they charge although my room was moved to the bourbon tower, which was a little bit updated and I say a little bit, although Ryan Hart the new Appointed hotel manager is trying to rectify all wrongs. Also Charisse from the front desk was amazing and very helpful. It would take some time for me to stay there again

I would really appreciate a refund for a night because the stay was horrible. Besides the water park, it was a terrible experience. As I attempted to check out yesterday the elevators got shut down for about an hour without any explanations and me and half of my family had to walk down 15-19 flights of stairs because our rooms were now locked because of the check out time.

The property is in poor condition. Rugs stained, smells, wallpaper/paint buckling on walls, room furniture in disrepair and outdated. We did not even stay the night. 10th Floor smelled of marijuana and there was a barking dog next door. Main lobby was hot and filled with children (I’m sure due to water park & arcade) We left the property and went to another hotel. Will not stay there again and will not recommend.
