The main attraction is the waterpark & arcade. The food is good but pricey. It’s AC so you have to expect that. Room service on weekdays end at 9PM which sucks bc you have to out source from the hotel to get food. Rooms were clean and spacious . House keeping were alittle too relaxed and not time efficient on essentials for the room.

We tried the taco spot the food was horrible. The activities for. The children were great my children enjoyed them. The hotel room need to be remodel!! My room had cigarette burns or blunt burns on the curtains. 3 small pillows. Our fridge was broken a leg was off. And the tv was not working when we called Friday. I had to call the front desk 5 times for someone to answer. They said they will send some in 15min. The person NEVER came !! Saturday called back same thing.

The first thing that impressed me about Showboat Hotel was how much there is to do without even leaving the property. Dirtiest hotel room I've seen in a while. Carpet smelled like dog pee. No one came to address that problem although I called the front desk multiple times. I requested wash clothes, they said they only had one left!!! We were 4. I eventually had to go downstairs to the manager. He changed my room to another room with filthy carpeting. I just didn't smell like pee. Never again will I stay there. The 2 is because the security was kind when I went to get my Uber eats meal downstairs. Check in also took an hour and it was after 4pm

The elevators were broken so the line to get to and from your room was outrageous, they did refund us a day off our stay but we had to walk down several flights of stairs in the back staff stairwell because we didn’t want to wait a hour for the elevator, so we deserved it , the room was nice though and clean , other than the elevator we had a good time
