The hotel is a little run down in some areas but overall it's good. The great thing is that it's built for folks with children and animals. There's so much for the kids to do. A great water park. Game room, go karts, roller skating and even a few lanes for bowling. There were dogs everywhere which was fun. If they had a couple of more places to eat I may not have even left the hotel.

The place was perfect for a family vacation. Very kid-friendly, but be sure to bring extra money to spend because the go-kart rides are 35 a person. The kids love that ride; also, the arcade is 35 a card, but you play for about two hours. Also, the food is expensive; you will spend about 30 a person, so if you have a big family, it will cost you. However, the water park is awesome for kids, and it's only 35 for the entire day, which I love. I will definitely come back; I had a great time. 👍

The stay was good, the front desk staff seemed annoyed at check-In, the free WiFi had no connection to the internet the entire stay, asked staff about it and was told the WiFi worked it was just slow. Other than that the water park was AWESOME!!

Overall it was a great place to stay. Clean rooms. Only issue I had was there’s no fitted sheet on the king bed. Just a flat sheet that kept getting untucked so you can wind up sleeping on a bare mattress. Other than that perfect for friends and family

It's very family friendly there's adult activities the food I had to look to find some where to eat I did uber eats towards the last day I found Tanger is a cab away like $8.00 there's a should food place call Nanas Good eats the line was long there also apple bees I'm Tanger not too far family dollar to stock up on stuff. The trip was affordable as well no complaints no ice machine on my floor but on the 7 and 10 it was Go try it,, Nice place for family the children will love it and there's arcade roller skating golf just book and try the experience. I

Front desk to check in took almost 3 hours workers rude no one knows what to do inside they need to be trained and give a good customer service , elevators smells like urine , terrible place that I won’t be returning

The hotel was good .the bedwas comfortable. The wifi for internet was bad. The ac was not cold even at 66. The bathroom have no amenities like toothpaste or a toothbrush. Never again i come back...

Staff was horrified and so many unsupervised kids everywhere. Kids in room next door didn’t quite down till after 1 am. Staff did nothing about my complaint. Water park is nice but the guest are ghetto.
