The facility and staff were so accommodating! The rooms were clean! If I were to make one recommendation, it would be to make the mattresses firmer. I also loved that they played a variety of music at the pool including some christian music. Very well done!

So this is a great, old world hotel. Unfortunately, the property is somewhat plagued by green-headed bugs (I think they were green, maybe black) that bite and those bites don't tickle. This makes hanging out by the pool and enjoying the beautiful outdoor grounds less enjoyable. It's still doable, but it can get bad. This isn't the hotel's fault, but it affects the guest experience. The rooms are nice and the vibe is festive. The bar is fun too and it's easy to make fast friends by just hanging out for a half hour or so. We weren't there for golf, but there are two courses in/around the hotel. The rates are pretty fair and the place is about 20 minutes from Ocean and Hard Rock and about the same to beautiful Briggantine beach. I am a big fan of Sea View. Just wish those bugs would've stayed at a different hotel haha

It’s a slightly older resort and the older world charm was nice. It would be nice if you could add another ping-pong table, and maybe a few arcade games to the rec room. Also, the pool tables need to be re-felted. The rooms are clean, but the exterior doors and the pool were covered/filled with bugs on a regular basis. The resort was dog, friendly, which was nice. More umbrellas were needed poolside. There were empty stands, with no umbrellas. Had to sneak into the towel room, and make some makeshift repairs to some of the stored umbrellas, in order to provide enough shade. My Brazilian girlfriend who is pushing 50 years old was so happy that she was able to flaunt her bikini body by the pool, which got me so hot that we snuck back to the room and made passionate love. This will forever make our stay here memorable.

Having stayed at Seaview while on business 34 years ago, I decided to give it another go for a short family stay. First off, my Double-Queen Suite was great size-wise and the bedding/mattresses were excellent. Unfortunately, my room safe was non-functioning. The rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly around the edges. Now for the disappointing stuff: the food was truly awful. All three meals at the hotel dining room were lackluster in taste, freshness, and execution. Extremely boring menu and the food quality was below average…unfortunately. The outdoor pool and the indoor pool were nice, fitness room was woeful. The water cooler was empty, there disinfecting wipes were empty, and their attempt for a chilled towel was completely dry, so not at all refreshing. The equipment was all very dated in need of some maintenance. Needless to say, the actual resort was pretty disappointing for a Hyatt property. Personally, I will look elsewhere next time I visit the area.
