Spontaneously picked The Atlantic for an unexpected one night stay and it was wonderful. Great location walkable to the boardwalk. The staff was friendly and even gave my kids a stuffed animal fish as a welcome gift at check in. We loved that the room and bathroom were very clean and recently renovated. Would be happy to stay here again!

Recently renovated and great location. The rooms were nice and the bathroom was large, bright and had a walk in shower. We had a nice breakfast at the restaurant and enjoyed the pool. Desk people were very friendly. They have their own parking lot. Highly recommended.

Doors to rooms are not safe. No safety deposit box in the room. Flimsy building so you can hear everything. Rude staff member on checkout! Wouldn't return!

I’m only not giving 5 stars because it wasn’t perfect for what it was (not a bad thing at all). Would’ve liked to have better wi-fi so could do some of the work I planned on while on the trip or used my phone at all (service wasn’t great for me in the room). Definitely bring some multi taps because the outlets were all hidden and we had multiple devices we needed to charge. Otherwise I can’t complain. Location was fantastic, they have parking onsite, beds are actually comfortable (which I can’t say about 5-star resorts, even) and everything else just worked out perfectly. Staff was super nice and the attached cafe was great too. Heck, they even get you a discount on bike rentals!

The place was very conveniently located. However, we got to our room at around 9pm after we checked in and the door to our room was open and unlocked. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and they shirked it off as totally fine and didn’t even apologize. The bathroom was pretty and clean but the bar soap smelled awful! Also, people in the courtyard were up making noise until late like 1am. I had 3 little kids with me and this was quite disruptive:(

Sliding door into the bathroom came off the hinges and fell on my daughter. Told the front desk who sent maintenance who looked at it and said “looks fine to me just don’t close it” and left. No follow up from the front desk.

Our second night, the cleaner cleaners the room and then left it unlocked. On the second day there was broken glass by the pool on the second day. On the 3rd day it was 5PM our rooms still weren’t made. There were no towels we couldn't even shower. We checked out a night early so we could go home and shower
