The staff was super accommodating and helpful given the circumstances they only had one house keeper. The property is for sure dated and needs a good refurbishment. But for a quick stay, if you’re not planning on spending a lot of time in your room, it’s fine.

Clean rooms, the beach pass is super convenient, staff was great, location is perfect, reasonably priced. Parking is a bit of an adventure, included and usually nearly full. There’s garage space in the back that unfortunately floods a couple inches with heavy rain. Not enough to be concerned with car damage, but getting to the car with dry feet was a challenge Additionally the roof leaked rainwater from said heavy rains one night onto one of our beds but the staff was prompt about addressing it the next morning. Overall it was good enough for a weekend trip but I’d be annoyed if we stayed for a rainy week. The location and beach pass trumps all concerns

the staff is friendly and helpful but the property is old tired and worn….we checked out early because we got locked in our room and when we finally freed ourselves we got locked out of our room and the only available room was for that nite only …i was not interested in moving to yet another room. It was exhausting and exasperating.Any other room that may have worked had not been cleaned???Not sure why all rooms aren’t cleaned at checkout, regardless it was an unfortunate experience .

I liked the air conditioner in the room The bed sheets looked clean n beds were made. Did not see a housekeeper in the 3 days The staff was not friendly except the pool man n one desk worker on Friday morning It is in disrepair including the door knob to get into the room, the tub needs refinishing, hall light not working and generally not clean. I used Lysol wipes on everything. Multiple rust areas in BR N HALLS The elevator only worked part of the time n when reported was informed it was working...but it only went down stairs not up..so you had to walk upstairs with your luggage, I was charged $25..for a parking pass n there was no parking that an SUV could fit into. Our second car we had to park 6 blocks away n were toldat was our only option and to walk back.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. Less than a block walk to Boardwalk. Mini fridge in room. Microwave in shared space on main level near ice machine. Hotel is very close to boardwalk and very close to Amusement rides. Rides are active with music until 10pm on weekends. If planning to sleep prior to this time request a room on the pool side or near Ocean Ave. Free parking at hotel was excellent.

Close to boardwalk and downtown. Parking was easy since off season. Clean room. Staff was blowing leaves early in morning, so unable to sleep in. Would have liked front desk person to have given us some information on area, such as the fact that 1/2 the shops/restaurants were closed this time of year. Otherwise, had a good stay.
