We looked forward to and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and very well stocked linen and water. The staff was efficient and welcoming. The only concern was tha the swimming pool hours were limited and closed at 5pm, which seems early for persons on vacation. Most importantly, the water temperature of the swimming pool was a bit to COLD. A few degrees higher would have been ideal. Generally speaking we enjoyed our entire stay.

I stayed in the Marina Tower, and it was by far my favorite. The rooms were updated, well-maintained, and very clean. The bathroom had also been renovated and felt surprisingly cozy and comfortable. The amenities throughout the hotel are amazing—you really don’t need to leave the property because there’s so much to do right there. Overall, the atmosphere was much more my vibe compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Atlantic City, with the exception of Borgata and Ocean. I would definitely choose the Marina Tower again.

The security was very attentive. The room was okay, it needed some attention to detail such as treads, a rubber based floor or tiles in the shower. Front desk staff could use a little more customer service training in greeting customers and making them feel a little more welcome, being a little nicer goes a long way. The Cafe in the lobby is a great place to pick up something quick to eat.

My Friday and Saturday night stay at the water tower was excellent. The room was renovated a few years back and was spotless. Not a speck of dust anywhere . The indoor pool was really nice but it doesn’t have alot of loungers so you will need to get there by 8:30 in the morning so you can snag a lounger when they open at 9.. I got there at 9 am and was lucky to grab two of the last 4 loungers left. The pool gets crowded by 12 and they start playing very loud music by 12:30pm. Plenty of shops and eateries to choose from. They had a nice size Starbucks and other pastry places that serves Lavazza coffee. I would definitely stay there again for the value it offers.

Other than the issues I had with my bookings and staffs negligence towards fixing said problems the stay was fine. I had an issue that should've been resolved before my stay but a clear lack of communication throughout the staff made it a issue down the line during my stay. The rooms were nice and updates the beds were comfortable. Also, be aware that you will have to pay 15$ a day during your stay there for parking. Something that should've been told to us upfront.

The place is beautiful and big. Clean friendly staff. I will be back. My only problem I booked a room for four people which we all had to pay. Only two people can get in the pool free the second two people have to pay. Children can't get into the bigger pool until 1:00 to 5:00. The second 2 people also have to pay. Pool should be free for guess that's already paid that's why people book with certain hotels.
