The property was situated well on the Broadwalk close to the beach and many casinos are within walking distance. The view of the beach/ocean from the room was unforgettable. Problem was staff. Place is a condominium/time share with rentals-not a hotel. Sensed an aristocratic air of residents vs renters with staff being less gracious to renters since stay only temporary. Other problem was initial room had a leaky toilet and no hot water from any of 4 faucets. Room was changed but not fun after unpacking and having to switch late at night after traveling all day. Therefore, my rating is so-so.

Hotel was chosen by price, so we had low expectations going into the stay. However, the quality of sleep we got was great, compared to many other hotels. It was quiet, and we were not disturbed over the 3 nights we spent there. I think we were the only people on our floor until the night before checkout. I was a little apprehensive because I had seen some recent reviews that were not so great. However, our stay was amazing. Great price and the best view I could imagine. Everything was very clean, the room was great, the staff were friendly, especially the two gentlemen helping with parking passes who joked and laughed with me for a few minutes while getting me checked in. Elevators were sufficient.

It was ok for a cheap get away. Room needs a deep,deep, deep clean. My view was the best part of the stay. Spa was not open. The door to get in the building needs to be replaced asap, the key card outside the door. $14 per. Day on top off the amount of stay is crazy. How do you charge guests to use the amenities. I will not be rebooking this resort again. It’s not worth the money at all.
