We were staying 9 people with 2 bedroom, omg cozy no more give comfy to us. All night everyone was wake up due to not comfortable beds and pillows. Better charging fee and hiding that use at least for something nice bed and mattress and blankets. I am posted all over that social media about this. Seriously, even passed out drunk person can not able to sleep on those bed. So think about it. Rate 0/10 and it’s deserved !!!

Great stay

Room was very clean with comfortable beds and good pillows,a large bathroom, smart TV, and a refrigerator. Front desk checked us in quickly with no issues (also completed pre-check in with cozysuites a few days prior). Also can't beat the location right between Hard Rock and Ocean casinos.

Good weekend geataway.

It was a great room with a beautiful view of the ocean. The room was clean and smelled pleasant on arrival. It only one trash can for the room and no other trash bags for trash. Overall a good experience at showboat via comfy suites.

This is a great place to stay if you have children. The arcade is a ton of fun and great for everybody. They also have roller skating available as well as go-karts. The beach is steps away from the entrance. They also have the waterpark attached to the showboat. We decided not to go to that and still had a great time.

In 50 years of traveling this was the worst experience of I can recall. Will not return. Could not enter room because door was locked from inside and then surprised by lack of support by Showboat. Paid extra for early check in and then couldn’t check in and didn’t get a refund for it. TV kept losing connection. Only one elevator operates for the 20 floor hotel. Significant wait times. Parking garage elevator broke and people had to use filthy, poorly lit, unsafe stairwells. It was sad to see people struggling with bags,etc.

Spring break

The arm of the couch/fulton (that no one would want to sleep on, it’s not comfortable) was broke and the utensils wasn’t completely cleaned but put away as if they were. It’s a good place if you’re traveling with family due to the size of the place. You’re not staying in the hotel it’s a Airbnb inside of the hotel so there’s no going to the front desk if you have a problem you have to text or call a number that you’re giving. Overall the place was nice, great location and so many things to do right in the building. We’ll definitely be returning.

Horrible!!! No Front desk. Its for Showboat. They were rude. Gave us the wrong room and we opened door and someone in there!!!! No room service or sheet/towel service. Have to call a 800 number., Worst stay ever!!!

It's easier to file my taxes online than it is to check in here. The automated verification is terrible and time consuming. Then on my second day, the AC stopped working and so did the hot water. I'm on the 20th floor and you can't exactly open a window. Had to wait an entire day to get hot water and AC again. Finally this place does long term rentals. They quoted me 2200 per month which I thought was kinda pricey so I asked if they could do better, after waiting another day for a response they quoted me 2900 per month. Lol. Ok, done with these people.

We were told parking was free, but then made to pay for parking upon arrival. We were there approximately 40 hours and asked to pay for 3 days of parking for 2 cars which would be $150. Completely ruined our weekend get away. Triggered a huge fight in our group. One person left. And wasted 2 hours on the phone trying to get help and got NONE! I'LL NEVER STAY AT COZY SUITES OR EVEN GO TO ATLANTIC CITY EVER AGAIN.

Stupid rental property!

STUPID! What kind of hotel reservation and you to “ describe yourself”? The most stupid hotel reservation of my lifetime! They’ll send you a lot of links to fill some type of “ application” , so their department can decide if they’ll accept you, but not before you “ describe yourself” ( WHAT?) I should mention that after I arrived at the hotel, had to call their department to beg for them to review my application soon because I was already at the hotel ( they had money and I still couldn’t get in) I tried canceling just so I didn’t have to deal with all this b.s and they wouldn’t let me. I’m extremely disappointed that Hotels.com would list this type of property and also gave them my credit card information. DON’T GO!

The location is wonderful, despite the rooms leaving much to be desired. That being said- our room was listed as “sleeps 4” however, at 9am on the day we were to leave for the hotel, we were contacted by CozySuites to inform us we had booked too many people. (We booked 2 adults and 2 children for a room listed as sleeps 4). They informed us our room was actually for 3 people and we would need to pay extra for the extra person. After an hour back and forth, they dropped the issue, and were able to be refunded for the $25 a day parking for the inconvenience, as we were now late leaving. Then the airgarage parking system they use tried to charge us for an extra day of parking, this is still in the process of being resolved, they stopped communicating after I had sent written proof/screenshots that everything was paid in full. They will try and nickel and dime you, do not let them. They can and will give up regardless of what they tell you.

I have never in my 39 years of life had to jump through so many hoops just to reserve a hotel room. Be aware the process is wildly overkill. At some point I had to submit a copy of my drivers license and a selfie; I was genuinely concerned my identity would be stolen. My boss was paying and they wanted a selfie of him holding his card! If I wasn't on the hook for the $$, I would've canceled and paid the $200 to stay next door & not deal with all of it. For $400 for 3 nights, I feel like I don't have much room to speak up, but just a heads up... the best way to describe this room is beat. The coffee pot didn't work. I know they say they aren't related, but the Showboat staff were really unkind and seemed to indicate that dealing with CozySuites was a pain. The shower head might be the worst I've ever used in my life. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible - one of the bulbs next to the mirror was out; it was basically impossible to get ready in there.. The couch arms were broken. The bed frame is so cheap and at one point, the support pieces of wood under the mattress shifted, came off the rail, and I had to try to lift the mattress and put them back (they should absolutely be screwed in, at minimum). The mattress was reallllly worn in and used. Thankfully I spent minimal time in the room. If you don't mind a beat room and need cheap, then this is for you. Anything else, look elsewhere.
