Gorgeous and very clean with beautiful sculptures in the lobby, a great adult-only pool and indoor family pool with jacuzzi. The casino is active 24/7 and there are great shops and restaurants inside. 10 minute drive to beautiful Brigantine beaches. So worth it!!

Ashley, who checked us in, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean, and overall we had a good stay. The only downside was that there was no toothpaste provided, so we had to buy it at the hotel. Other than that, everything was good.

Hotel is amazing. Everything is nice and clean smell flowers everywhere even the population is very quiet respectful they maintain the polite distance. Hotel room was great, many food options. The room bathrooms were fantastic with a large shower. The only negative was if you’re traveling with children, I was not aware that they could not enter the outside pool. You must be 21. The family, indoor pool was not very clean. It was overcrowded, children swimming in diapers, overall a greenish brown color.

Rooms were really nice, pool has an adults only timeframe each day, elevators were quick, plenty of options in the food court for food besides the buffets. Parking permits were confusing & security couldn’t tell you anything about it. I didn’t see any information area to answer questions except for the check in desk which meant you had to get back in the check in line & wait your turn.

Clean property clean room but customer service at check in and check out was terrible and the pay for parking option is terrible. The people were hiding in the booth so that they couldn't be seen for peopel that needed help. I don't know if I will ever stay here again, there are many other choices in Atlantic City.

Despise reserving about three months ahead, they told me at the front desk that they didn’t have my room type available and wanted to downgrade my reservation. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . Every person in this hotel has an attitude . The bell woman smacking her gum asking what i need , the valet that walks away saying remarks under their breath about a tip , and the overall staff feels like you’re burdening them by any interaction . Coming from LAS VEGAS , this was hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had while paying premium for a top of the line room . Stay anywhere in Atlantic City but here . The hard rock was EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE , stay there instead .

The hotel was great. Room was clean bathroom was clean staff was attentive and kind. I’m not gonna say anyone was particularly very nice but overall it was a pleasant experience with the staff. The casino was not a good experience. I mean I rarely ever come to a casino and don’t at least win a little bit it was very shall I say dry. Didn’t give me a thrill at all anyway kind of a downer I won’t return because of this. It is too bad too because my husband enjoyed playing in the tournaments and we were thinking of coming back for my daughter‘s 21st birthday but I think we’ll do that somewhere else so she might have a chance to win some money and have some fun.
