I drove 5hrs to find out my reservation was canceled. I asked why was it canceled the front desk clerk stated they had no rooms. I asked why. She said they had a fire 2-3 days and the sprinkler system ruined rooms. Although I was in town for leisure I had to find another area to stay at last minute. Had they emailed or called to notify my cancellation of the room it would’ve been so bad. Poor communication

Front desk representative Faith was amazing. Great spirit, kind and knowledgeable. It's very hard to find good customer service and she went over and beyond. You are blessed to have her.

Just a thought, please have secure doors, if employees are afraid of hostile customer what makes a random person come in and get hostile with them, plus please check stairs cause homeless people sleeping there

No blankets,linens, and breakfast is a granola bar

No bedding reception simply stated couldn’t do anything till housekeeping came in, which was in the morning, so sleeping with no blanket at all for us or our kids and had to go back to reception for linens for the kids bed. breakfast was a granola bar, that’s not a breakfast is included deal, though they had coffee, but that was out at 8am when we arrived for breakfast.

The staff were nice that was the only reason I gave communication a few stars however the room was dirty the halls reek of urine and other unsanitary items the place was not cleaned and even after I cleaned the unit myself I still seen roaches. I could not believe I did not get a full refund I was moving into my home and could not imagine bringing a bug into my new place from a hotel stay
