During my recent stay at the Whitley Hotel in Buckhead, Atlanta, I had an exceptional experience that truly made my birthday celebration memorable. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the executive suite, which was stunningly beautiful and well-appointed. The upgrade was a delightful surprise, making my special day even more enjoyable. The overall ambiance of the hotel exudes luxury and comfort, with attentive staff who genuinely care about their guests' experiences. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the valet service. While the service itself was efficient and courteous, I found it frustrating that the phone line was busy early in the morning when I needed to inquire about my vehicle. It would be helpful if the hotel included the valet service opening hours on the card provided, allowing guests to plan accordingly. In summary, my stay at the Whitley was fantastic, with a few minor adjustments needed for the valet service communication. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a luxurious experience in Buckhead!
