Staff was very friendly and courteous. Service was excellent. The $26 breakfast buffet was a bit lackluster to say the least. I suggest adding items to the buffet or lower the price. There is no pool bar / restaurant so they don't say anything about you bringing your own snacks but it would be better to be able to order hot food and cold beverages at the pool bc the restaurant closes during the day. We were locked out of our room twice during our visit and had to have our keys redone at the front desk. That part is unacceptable.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel lobby and rooms very clean. Only thing I didn't like was the elevator service. There was 4 service doors but only seems like hotel only using one, long wait at times. The room was very clean, it just had a stale smell like carpet may been wet for long time or just old carpet.

From the lobby to the room and everything in between was impressively inviting! The restaurant with its beautiful views of the lake and landscaping won my heart! The staff, especially Chelsea in the Starbucks’s, Shondala in the restaurant, Aronto and Emmanuella at the front desk, provided outstanding service! We will look forward to our future stays!

Wonderful place to stay. The lake vieee was so worth it and it feels so like you’re in the middle of no where even though you’re right in the middle of everything. Nothings far away test it felt so peaceful and serene.

Giselle, Romello, and Avonta were all incredibly courteous, professional, and welcoming throughout my visit. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction were outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is perfect and I think that’s where the niceties end. The WiFi in my room outright didn’t work even after paying the $10 and signing up for the membership. The tv is also fairly outdated and also couldn’t connect to the internet but it gets 50 channels so there’s that. There was 1 microwave on the entire floor and it’s in possibly the hottest room I’ve ever been in, with the ice maker for some reason. They won’t tell you this when you check in or out for whatever reason but you’ll need to keep 1 of your keycards after checkout to scan out when you leave or you’ll have to pay for all of the parking you already paid for a second time before you can leave. The pool also looks nothing like the pictures and there’s too many trees around to tan. I almost forgot but aslong as you get one of the higher floors the view is nice especially at night so there’s that aswell. All in all I had a better experience last week at the Hampton which is pretty sad for what’s supposed to be an upscale hotel but I digress. Maybe the suites are better who knows I won’t be booking again to find out.
