Be careful how you come in and out of the check in area to get to the rooms, the hill is steep. Looks like a newer property or they are renovating - not everything is done, but you can see where its in progress.

The room was dirty , lack of towels and rags the house women did a great job but she was the only one that came by . The lady at the front desk had a bad attitude when it came down to paying the pet fee but they she didn't have the same attitude when it came down to us having clean sheets and towels and rags

There was handy man working on the floor below.... when we walk to the car saw screws n nails on the ground. The refrigerator leaking water on the floor...it was ok place

Every time another room flushed, the di n would over flow. There was trash left outside the door when we arrived. Inside the room was soooo run down. There was still trash on the floor from the previous people who stayed there - including bottle caps. Dirt everywhere. The couch was missing a cushion cover so it was just the stuffing on the couch. So weird.

A Nightmare Experience — The Photos Were Misleading I booked a two-night stay through Expedia and paid upfront. Unfortunately, the property looked very different from what I expected based on the photos shown online. Because the reservation was prepaid and non-refundable, I felt locked into staying despite being unhappy with the accommodations. From the moment we arrived, the property felt more like a low-budget motel than the hotel experience I expected. The front desk was separated from guests by heavy plexiglass, which immediately made me question the environment and safety of the property. The room itself was extremely basic. I will give them credit for one thing: the air conditioning worked very well, which is honestly the main reason I am giving this property one star. Unfortunately, there wasn't a proper warm blanket on the bed—only very thin bedding. The room became so cold that we had to rely on our own body heat to stay warm. The hot water was another problem. When we tried to shower, it took approximately 20 minutes for the water to become hot. I called the front desk and was simply told that the water "should get hot." Eventually it did, but having to wait that long for basic hot water was unacceptable. The atmosphere became even more uncomfortable at night. Guests returned late from clubs and were outside being loud, yelling and screaming. Police also showed up during our stay. On one occasion, police activity interfered with access to the parking area.

Place could use some renovation. Not as bad as Super 8 on Old Nat Pkwy in Atlanta near airport. Need better wifi, password did not work. Canlble TV reception could be better as well.

Stay at your own risk

The gentleman that checked us in was really nice and helpful the conditions of the hotel were quite ran down although they attempted to accommodate us the facility was not up to par the tile was coming off the floor and locks would not work

The staff at this property were problematic from the start. They were rude and condescending. In addition, the cleanliness wasn't there. I had pillows and bedding I didn't use due to it being stained and dirty. The young lady that checked me in didn't understand that the booking was paid in full via Expedia & Afterpay. She made me end up having to cancel my reservation and then I ended up paying in person there. Again, this was verified by two different agents with Expedia that I was paid in full. The listing said that a continental breakfast is included and it was, however, the gentleman running the front desk asked me the room number. I gave this to him and went to pose a question to which he said," no conversation just room number only." The next interaction I had with someone on staff was the person cleaning rooms. I opened the room door because Doordash was having an issue locating the room. She said to me no smoking. I motioned to her that I was looking for a food delivery person and not smoking. I do not smoke and to assume that one does is ignorant. I booked this place because it was supposed to be a non-smoking facility. I would not stay here again. I was in a pinch due to a relocation.

The 1st room they gave me there was a broken down cabinet outside the room. The TV could only get one channel .The tub was dirty in that room so I asked for a new room. The new room was just as bad. The floor was coming up. There was black mold on the walls. The tub filled with water when showering. It was one of the worst experiences staying in a hotel/motel.

I booked through expedia. This hotel have breakfast no food at all!!! It says it does online. The phone didn’t even have a cord. No phone. Sink leaked all night. I called to complain they hung up on me. They pretend they can’t speak English. Which is a lie. Horrible Horrible stay. Do not support their business.

Absolutely filthy room all together. Tub stopped up, faucets broken, plug ins that didn’t work, phone didn’t work to even all front desk, tv barely worked, floors waterlogged and smelled bad. On top of all of that we had drug dealers staying next door. Kept us up all night with traffic in and out. Very upset with what we got for $135 a night. Would never recommend it. Sketchy but worst of all they advertise it with outdated pictures and false reviews.

We booked a non-smoking room but our room smelled like cigarette and whole night I was suffocating. Room lacks even basic cleanliness. Sheets had multiple cigarrette burns. Floor boards comes off and shower curtain is dirty. Room did not even have basic toiletries, only a soap and shampoo tube. No conditioner, no lotion, no hairdryer. Details they provided in expedia is very misleading. There was no microwave only a dusty fridge. Also in expedia, booking mentions it includes breakfast but when we go there, the person in reception said they don’t provide breakfasy anymore after covid. But still they are such crooks who don’t bother to mention it in Expedia. This place seems like a place where construction people stays, so not really suitabl for travelers. This is worst motel I have ever stayed. Avoid this place at all cost for your sake!

Beware

First it took 4 tries to get a room with 2 beds, tv, fridge, microwave as the description stated and as we reserved months ago. Was not accessible as we needed, reeked of smoke despite being nonsmoking. Everything filthy from parking lot to railing to room. Used condoms in stairwell. Only 2 towels 1 washcloth despite reservations for 3 (ended up just being 2 of us luckily). Person in room next to us up talking and watching tv literally all night. Finally fell asleep at 7, 725 a hotel worker was pounding on the door yelling that they were police. Very first amenity listed in breakfast. At check-in were told it started at 7 am. However in the morning we were told there's no breakfast since covid. So that was 5 yrs ago they stopped serving breakfast, so why still listed? The advertised breakfast played into our decision to stay here. And how does 40 a night and 2 nights add up to 150? We could have stayed someplace actually comfortable for the cost. This was not a pleasant or cost-effective stay nor was it a good value. We were so drained we had to cut our activities short since we literally couldn't sleep.
