First time in Sonesta and the last one. I have never been so poorly treated by a morning desk attendant. She yelled at my kids for looking at hot breakfast before 7am and was on a 10 min tirade for how rude it was for us to come before 7am. The person who brings the food did not mind, he actually felt bad that she treated us that way. What a refreshing start of the day and a piece of 'southern hospitality'. The property itself is a dump. Horrible smell of the carpet, damp sheets, lumpy mattress and pillows.

Matthew if that’s his real name, inquired about a guest service dog medical condition. This action was not only unprofessional but also a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA explicitly prohibits inquiries into an individual's disability. Service dog users are not required to disclose their medical information, and asking such a question is inappropriate and potentially discriminatory. I believe staff training on ADA compliance. He was rude and lack common sense.

Interestingly hotel, worth checking out

Looked like an apartment complex, very comfortable room, lots of space. Very nice person at the front desk. Not a traditional looking hotel, but I would stay again if I am in the area.
