I should’ve read all the amenities before commenting on this property. I’ve never stayed in red roof without a microwave or refrigerator. I had to keep my food in a cooler. There wasn’t even a suitable lobby with a microwave.

Room I received was not what I booked. Black mold everywhere. Asked for a refund and they said it wasn’t their problem and to take it up with Expedia. Then Expedia said it wasn’t their problem as the vendor had already taken the money. Do not book this hotel and honestly don’t book with Expedia.

I did NOT stay at the hotel even after having moved to another room! The rooms are nasty, bathrooms not sanitary. Holes in the walls,, furniture is makeshift and not sturdy. Apparantly, no money is put back into the hotel to upgrade or keep it clean. The place is rundown and not fit for anyone to stay there. I called Expedia for a refund and got hung up on. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

You’re better off living homeless.

Roach infested, dirty, dingy. Tree leaves were INSIDE. Dog poop everywhere OUTSIDE. It was noisy and annoying. There were missing channels on the TV. Missing microwave and no fridge. Also no breakfast provided.

The 1st room we had the air conditioner front would not stay on. They moved us to another room. The ceiling in the bathroom was covered in mold, the toilet had some kind of black tape around it, ceiling falling apart, rooms smell so much like smoke and week, nothing in the snack machines, can't get into to the laundry room. They won't open the lobby at all, only use the night window and it is so hot in there. There was no HOT water to take showers. The only reason we got stuck staying there is due to an issue with my reservation at the original hotel we were supposed to be at.

Disgusting place

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The floors were filthy as were the walls and basically everything! Wouldn’t give us our money back so we were stuck! Do NOT STAY HERE!!
