I ended up staying here unexpectedly due to a flight delay out of Atlanta and unfortunately had limited options. While I didn’t expect luxury, the photos online were very misleading. The hotel is in serious need of a revamp—everything felt worn down and neglected. The most concerning part was the overwhelming, unpleasant smell throughout the property, which made the stay really uncomfortable. I understand things happen, but this place did not meet even basic expectations. Would not choose to stay here again.

The website said there would be an early shuttle for him. My early flight, but it was not available, and I had to use an Uber. The general appearance is more run down than it was 4 years ago. When I was there at which time it was just fine.

They allow seemingly homeless people into the lobby. This is unsafe for guests; there was no staff or security at the hotel. It was terrible. This person approached me and my son in a suspicious manner. The staff ignored the situation. This happened on March 22, 2025, while we were waiting to go to the airport at 6:00 a.m. My worst hotel experience.

This is a tremendously dated property which doesn’t have an exercise room open, doesn’t have a restaurant open and has only minimal upkeep. Was adequate for our one night to just sleep near the airport but other than that I would not recommend it.
