Well we was put in a room with no outside view room 609 but the front desk kindly changed our room with a outside view and was very kind to us with the process.we prefer a microwave in the room but with one downstairs it’s was helpful.we loved our stay and if we ever get back to Atlanta this would be our stay.

This was by far the most cleanest most friendliest staff that I have experienced in a long time. Everyone that works at this facility is very welcoming. The rooms are very clean and it’s nice to have a restaurant on site with good food. I don’t have any complaints. I stayed three nights.

Really really excellent staff in all areas. All kind and helpful. The restaurant/bar on site is definitely worth checking out- great pecan pie and breakfast is well worth it! Good location of hotel for us, there for a show at the Fox Theatre which was about a 10 minute Lyft/Uber ride. Did have cold water in the shower the first night but I didn't call to notify front desk. Also had very noisy neighbors (and also our fault for not calling about that), there isn't too much sound insulation between the rooms but overall not much hallway noise or street noise

I onky stayed a night for a concert. Angel and Tracy (front) were AMAZING. The valet people were polite. Everything was amazing besides the shower room.... it was dirty. Hairs on the wall, boogers on the sliding door... the shower floor had black fuzzies.. it was unfortunately midnight when I showered so there wasn't really much that they could have done since it was too late. I was really disgusted by it. Everything else was good tho.
