The room was clean and the air conditioning was comfortable, but the smell of cigarettes and urine in the room and hallways was terrible; furthermore, the entrance felt unsafe due to the many homeless people outside.

The night shift gentleman with the golds and super tall is amazing and honestly should be the hotel manager. I travel intown to Decatur alot And this is my go to hotel cause of my dogs being welcomed with 0 issues and the gentle at night. He's so helpful and willing to assist in any way possible. So a huge thank you and shout out to him , and to motel 6 for making my travels easier and stress free. I do wish they had a pool tho, but that's my only complaint oh and alot the doors I can open with no key just a good shoulder lean and a little force

The staff here is great. Everyone is extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. The room was clean, although we did see a few roaches in the bathroom. I really appreciate the pet-friendly room as well.

Staff was very courteous and AC worked great. My stay was not pleasant however; there were pubic hairs left on toilet seat and a huge hole in bathroom door made by what I can only assume was a fist, left me with a “bad taste”. The property is worn down and while. Pictures online are very deceiving, It shows an updated unit and what I received can only be described as a dump. I would re-evaluate your marketing and provide adequate photos as to not deceive the next persons looking for an affordable stay in Decatur . I understood that I was sacrificing comfort for affordability but this place really took Roach motel to a new level. 1/10 - would highly not recommend.

Clean rooms, Air conditioner is great. Really cold air is really hot heat.. set it how you want it. Nice big bathrooms, Even have rooms for the disabled. Very pet friendly, bring your dog, cat, frog, rabbit, lizard, snake, or even a monkey. The staff is amazing people. They really care about their customers. And make sure they are comfortable and satisfied.

I will not complain my stay was great. Night time worker was talkative and nice. He made me feel a bit more comfortable. The morning clerk was nice when it was time to check out. She was helpful. The housekeeper was really nice and friendly. My comfort was an 8 out of 10. So I won’t complain. I would stay again.
