The rooms were actually upscaled compared to the outside appearance. The staff was extremely nice and even gave my card to the front end staff while i was checking out. Definitely more presentable than i thought it’d be for a quick stay!

Conveniently located in Midtown Atlanta Ga the staff are cool and the Manager Mandy she’s super cool the rates are reasonable they have smoking and non-smoking rooms they are semi upgraded the beds sleep comfortably and most importantly the rooms are clean and there’s no bugs for these reasons i rate this location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They charge for you to park in a hotel that you are already booked at and renting. A few German roaches. The manager had an attitude but maybe she was just being tough. Customer service has been on a decline since Covid everywhere and the economy issues may have everyone on edge so maybe I can excuse the attitude. They never brought the other towels they said they were short on.

Jessica at the front desk was phenomenal. After a very long day of driving, I arrived exhausted and ready to get settled, and she could not have been more welcoming. What stood out was Jessica herself. She was warm, energetic, easy to talk to, and just had a genuinely great personality. Within a few minutes, I went from being completely worn out from the road to laughing and enjoying our conversation. She made checking into a Motel 6 feel far more personal than I ever would have expected. I travel quite a bit and stay in a lot of hotels, so I know when someone stands out. Jessica absolutely did. She made me feel welcomed, made sure I was taken care of, and gave me a great start to my stay. Please recognize her for the level of customer service she provides. She is the kind of person you remember long after checkout, and I sincerely appreciated her that evening.

Excellent Stay! I had a really great stay at Motel 6 Midtown! From the moment I arrived, the staff and front desk team were absolutely superb—friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference. The room was super clean, fresh, and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. It was obvious that cleanliness and guest satisfaction are taken seriously here. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely consider staying again. I only have two minor suggestions. Parking can be difficult, especially since there isn’t really designated visitor parking. That could definitely be improved. Also, the ice machine could use an upgrade or there should be a second machine available. During a busy stay, one machine simply doesn’t seem to produce enough ice for everyone. Other than those small issues, I honestly had a great stay. The cleanliness, friendly staff, and excellent front-desk service really stood out. I appreciate the hospitality and would happily recommend Motel 6 Midtown to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced place to stay!

The person in the office didn’t answer the phone when i called for information. It rang probably 20 times I hung up and tried again. When I tried 2 or 3 times to get someone they finally answered. When talking to her she was not friendly at all. At the end of the conversation she hung up on me. I thought how rude of her. It made me very upset. Another time when i went into the office when I first got there i wanted to talk to someone about where the elevator was and nobody responded to my knock or verbal communication. I was there quite a while with no results. So i left and come back. The next time it was the same wayI waited forever. Finally she came out. She was not friendly at all. She acted like I was bothering her. In my opinion this was the same woman I tried to contact on the phone later in my stay. I’m glad I had a chance to leave this review. She should not be allowed to have this type of behavior.
