It was a basic room, but very quiet and clean. Check in was a breeze no additional fees for the room there was a very small fee for parking but it was secure and safe so that was no issue bathroom and entire room was very clean for the price and there was DoorDash and many places to eat quick before heading to the airport, which was conveniently 5min away (the reason I wanted to stay there) the only thing could've been better was the water pressure but at 7am in a motel it's gonna be a struggle bout anywhere I think. Plenty of hot water and it was good enough for a shower. I ate quick at the Waffle House like 2 blocks away then filled up the rental car and made my way to the airport in a short amt of time so it's a very convenient comfortable place to stay the night before an early flight especially if your on a budget and don't wanna have to pay extra deposit or have to have a major credit card. I booked thru Expedia 2 hrs before I got there due to a terrible experience with another hotel that was almost 3 times the amount I paid for this one. Good Job Motel 6 in Atlanta by the airport! Thanks for a great experience!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars — Highly Recommended! I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience at Motel 6 Airport. From the moment I walked in, the gentleman at the front desk welcomed me with a genuine smile and immediately made me feel comfortable. I arrived about 30 minutes before 3:00 PM, and he graciously checked me in without any problem. When I entered my room, I was honestly amazed. The furniture appeared brand new, everything was clean and fresh-smelling, and I had a spectacular view. The room exceeded my expectations. I especially want to recognize the gentleman who checked me in. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but he was professional, polite, welcoming, and attentive. He even made sure my brother and I had enough towels, which was a thoughtful extra touch. I didn't stay the entire night because I mainly needed the room while waiting for my brother, whom I hadn't seen in 10 years. Still, the time I spent there was wonderful. Kudos to the person who hired this gentleman—he is truly an asset to your company. Between the excellent service, cleanliness, beautiful room, and convenient location, this was absolutely a five-star experience. I highly recommend this Motel 6 and would gladly stay here again!

Ok it's a Motel 6, it isn't fancy, but after having a flight canceled, I appreciated that it was clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable, and the guy at the front desk was really nice. There's a place that would deliver food, and there's a Waffle House and a KFC close by. For an unexpected overnight layover, no complaints

Phenomenal friendly and helpful staff. However I feel the hotel may be experiencing some difficulties in organization and convenience. For instance there was no trash can in the room, there is no sidewalk from the parking area to the front door, and I had to get my rooms keys re-programmed 5 times in a 3 day stay. The staff was very helpful and graciously fixed the keys each time. They even managed to find an extra pillow for the room.

Í booked this hotel at the last minute due to flight cancellation. When we arrived the front desk representative (Giovanni/GG) was incredibly patient as he was dealing with 40ish angry customers who’s flights had also been cancelled. He was dealing those customers, those of us who had reserved rooms, and a lot of phone calls, as well as other external types of customers. The shuttle was prompt and direct. The staff, and I mean every one that I interacted with, were extremely courteous and helpful. The location was close to the airport and the shuttle travel time was quick. Ron’s were great and clean. We wanted for nothing there. Thank you guys so much.

The only issue I had was that the floor was dusty and there was hair throughout, on the floor as well, from the bathroom to the bed area. Checking in was easy. Maybe took five minutes. The staff got straight to the point. I didn't know about paid parking but it's 7 bucks a day, so not bad.

I stayed here as my flight home got messed up and thought I just need to lay my head for a few hours. When you walk into the building, you are hit with the smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Check-In was quick but the receptionist was not friendly and seemed to hate being there. My room was on the 3rd floor and the whole floor smelled like cigarette smoke although it says it’s a no smoking building. The room wasn’t terrible in terms of cleanliness (could have swept the room) until I saw a cockroach crawl from under the fridge and its little babies. There were baby roaches in the bathroom as well. I had to check all my luggage to make sure none were in there but thankfully all my things were zipped up. Check-out was easy and the person at reception was kind and friendly. Overall, I will not stay here again and learned my lesson to spend a little more for comfort, even if it’s for a few hours.

I am giving this review because the staff is very friendly, kind, and the manager Miss KiKi is a blessing to the property. Motel 6 has a lot of competition in the Hartfield Airport District. My room was excellent quality. But some things we're really shaky.This go around theory.I had been going to this hotel since 2020. But, someone pulled the fire alarm for no reason. The elevator broke from one day and we had to all use the stairs. And at one point , a family was arguing in the hallway

Overall it was pretty grim. The hotel smells of smoke and is quite run down. We stayed only one night before an early morning flight and booked here because it offers a 24 hr shuttle. The shuttle did not arrive at the advertised time (every 30 minutes on the hour) because 'it was full'. It then only runs to the domestic terminal so we needed another shuttle to the international terminal. While we were waiting for the shuttle at 4:30am people kept walking intoi the hotel off the street banging on doors and being generally hostile. I must commend the staff who dealt with the disruptions with skill and grace. We experienced similar noise throughout the night during our stay on the 6th floor - people noise from the car park, the street and inside the hotel. A positive was the Louisiana Bistreaux alongside where we had a fantastic creole meal.

Room wasnt the one that i reserved. Reserved on with a King bed and they gave us 2 Full size beds. AC not in good condition. Night stand was broken, dresser broken. The halls smelled like cigarettes and garbage bags were placed next to the room doors. The bad for me was there were small roaches. Bathroom was good. CS was good. Shuttle to airport was good

The room did feel dejected. It was really Old and outdated. The carpets in the lobby weren't clean, and the floors in the room Didn't feel clean. The balcony doors were old, and I didn't feel safe. There was no breakfast included, and I paid more for this room than I did at Holiday Inn Express, which had a great breakfast. The staff at night was uninterested. The beds were ok, but had flat sheets instead of fitted, and there was NO hot water in the shower. I had to take a cold shower. All-in-all, a dump. The only good thing? The shuttle Driver was awesome.
