Loved the location and amenities. The room was very nice and comfortable. Having a apartment instead of just a hotel room is a plus, especially since we decided to do some of our own cooking. The self check-in and checkout process was a bit confusing though in the end went smooth. Will be staying here again.

Very beautiful and clean. The local is perfect, can walk to restaurants. Places we visit was within 20 minutes. Anytime i stay in Atl/ Decatur, I will stay here! Local felt safe as well.

We recently stayed at this apartment and had a very pleasant experience. The space was clean, well-maintained, and immediately felt comfortable upon arrival. Everything was organized and tidy, which made settling in easy and stress-free. The overall atmosphere of the apartment was inviting, and it was clear that care had been taken to keep it in great condition. It provided a relaxing place to stay, and we appreciated how clean everything was throughout our visit. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

Check in was very confusing with conflicting emails and what codes to use. One of the main reasons we pick this property was for the outside pool. During our stay we were not able to access the pool during our 5 day stay with our key fob due to some computer program issue. There was a nice courtyard outside the room, however once you went through the door to enter, the door locks behind you. Our key fob would not open this this door. Had to walk across the courtyard to find a door that would work and walk around to get back to your unit. Was told it was the same issue as the pool gate. Frustrating that these issue could not be easily resolved. Kitchen is very sparse and only 3 plates provided and very limited utensils and cookware. The two 55" inch tvs were pretty much useless with the one in the bedroom requiring a Samsung Account to be created. No basic channel package like utube tv is included in this rental. One of the amenities was a golf simulator that was not working. The unit itself was nice and certainly more comfortable than a hotel room. Be aware prior to renting this property you will be required to provide all the information for a credit report and background check. This property has potential, but for me we left feeling disappointed for the money we spent.

The room was very clean and matched the online description. There are NO directions once you arrive at the facility to help you find your room. The microwave did the new stupid lock feature to protect children and ate our glass dish we had brought with us on the night of arrival. We notified maintenance/host, but when we checked out 2 days later, the microwave still had our dish and zero response from maintenance. My MAIN complaint is the lack of instructions telling you how to get to anything in this apartment complex. Outside of that, I can live with losing a dish.

Check in instructions need to be more clear. The exterior door at the entrance to 2nd floor from visitors garage is broken. You can't access the 2nd floor from the key fob. The door handle just spins.

Avoid The Landing. This is not a hotel like it is listed on Expedia. It is an app obstacle course with no staff and no support. After booking they required extra ID uploads and forced me to download multiple apps including Clear just to check in. I arrived at 5 pm to no front desk and no assistance, only locked hallways and a digital lockbox I could not open because nobody at Landing HQ responded. I sat in a hallway for four hours waiting for help that never came. I finally left at 9 pm and had to pay for a hotel that was outside my budget. This is a soulless venture capitalist tech rental pretending to be hospitality. No accountability. No service. Do not rent here.

The location is great, but the company running the place is very unorganized. I had to call the night before as the check in details were not sent to me, and when i called they couldnt find my reservation. I had to call expedia to get it all sorted out. You are required to register with clear with your id. Also, when i arrived the door handle wouldnt lock so i had to use the deadbolt all the time. In addition the master shower drain is pretty clogged so a 5 minute shower ended up with an inch of water. Plus the ice maker wasnt working. Contacting landong was even more difficult as they basically have no staff. It took almost 24 hours for someone to respond to me. Door also never got fixed as maintenence responded 4 days after alerting landing and they didnt even fix the issue fully. They jammed a screw into the door catch to make it stick out further, when the issue was the entire door was cracked. I probably will not rent anything through landing again unless there is no other option.
