The property was very clean. I choose this hotel because of the pool which was not open. I booked 2 queens ended up with one king bed. Ice machine on one floor not working. I was not given the password to the Wifi nor did the TV cable work.

It was near Truist Park. I had to pay extra to get in our room a little over 30 minutes before the 3pm time. I have never paid to check in early. Some of the hall ceiling needed to be replaced. Totally a different experience from our first stay in 2023. Left a bad taste for this trip.

Breakfast offerings need improvement, particularly in terms of variety and nutritional balance. It is recommended to include fruit as a standard part of the meal. Additionally, on Monday, only one protein option (pork sausage) was available. On Tuesday, although two protein options were initially offered (pork sausage and eggs), by 8:45 a.m., the eggs were no longer available. When I inquired about more eggs, I was simply informed that they had run out. It would be beneficial to ensure sufficient quantities are prepared to accommodate all guests.
