The staff was incredible. Rachel the assistant manager was wonderful. I was incredibly sick and she made sure that the food that I ordered was delivered to my room (she delivered it herself!) and that I had a swift checkout. The hotel itself was gorgeous and wished that I hadn't been so sick to enjoy more of it. Will absolutely stay here again. Amazing hotel and even better staff!!

Front desk staff was outstanding. Rachel was lovely to talk to, and ensured we received our breakfast vouchers along with a run down of the hotel amenities. Overall the staff was friendly. Two downsides to the room we stayed in. First, it had an odd musty smell, and secondly, when the shower runs the bathroom floor floods. I do want to add the room looked lovey, it might just need some additional cleaning. Overall, the experience was pleasant and the hotel is pet-friendly.
