Parking is not mentioned anywhere until after check in. It’s outrageously expensive, 60/night. We found a lot about half a block down the road for 41/night. First room ac did not work, after a full day of exploring downtown ATL we got back to the room at 78 degrees when it was set to 65. I booked for 4 ppl , only 3 towels in the room, room phone did not work. First night manager was very unhelpful. She seemed annoyed that I was bothering her with my complaints. Her best idea was to send maintenance to my room at 11:30 at night after a 8hr drive and my kids were already asleep. Send night supervisor moved us to a different room and Comped us breakfast. The rooms are old and out dated…. Just a very poor over all experience for my first visit to ATL.

We only stayed a night and didn't really engage in the amenities, but in our opinion the hotel is very nice! It started raining and the staff let us borrow umbrells from the front desk. Very clean and spacious rooms!

Absolutely loved the property! Great location, helpful staff, great food, and clean room. The only problem I ran into and that was a slight inconvenience is PARKING! There were many events in the area and unfortunately parking was affected, hugely! However, the valet did apologize and had an alternative for all the guests. I parked around the corner (less than a 5-min walk), in the AAA parking garage! It was safe, well-lit, and easily accessible. I stayed in the king room with a city view and a balcony and I was not disappointed! Overall, my stay was a 9/10, and I would definitely stay again!

This hotel Nickel and dime you for everything. They charge you for glasses. They charge you for complimentary water. We were away from the hotel and lost our key. We tried to contact the hotel front desk to deactivate the key and could not reach a human person. We had a late checkout and the maid gave us attitude because she couldn’t clean our room. Really!? Never coming back! Overrated!!!
