The staff was friendly and helpful the breakfast was pretty good and a good options to choose from the room was clean and spacious there is only valet parking so you have no choice to pay for that service which is 60 dollars a day, me and my wife didn't drive anywhere once my truck was parked by the valet we was in walking distance of everything we planned doing on our trip.

Breakfast was wonderful with a different variety each day: eggs, cereal, waffles/french toast, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, toast, bagels. Fresh coffee made the biggest difference and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do for the weekend. Helpful hosts and clean facility. Valet parking was a bit unorganized but was quick with the service. Our room was perfect for our daughter to view the city lights which she loved. Perfect location to go walking to sight see & find good eats; just walk across the street to the Aquarium & CocaCola museum. Great for families with small toddlers.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We came for one night for the Megan Moroney concert and after walking back from the concert late night the front office staff was out greeting people and asking all the girls how their concert was. Great environment, super close to a lot of activities/main event places. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, there was always someone at the desk. Secure access to get into the building when we were out late at night. The room was clean, and had extra towels laid out for us. The breakfast was great, and they had so many options to choose from. Overall 10/10 would stay here again.

Stay was pretty good for a weekend hotel. Shower was definitely the worst part of the stay. To begin with, there were several long hairs left on the actual tile back drop of the shower which was a little concerning. The water pressure was by far the worst I've had in a hotel. Also there was a sticky spot that wasnt cleaned up in the room, which was a little gross to step on. Location was good, parking was average for a busy downtown spot. Loved that the aquarium was such a easy walk to get to.

Our family visits Atlanta every year while my husband is in town for work and this is one of our favorite hotels so far. It was very clean and SO convenient to downtown. The pool was very clean and the fitness area was very well kept. The convenience of having an on site restaurant was really nice and the staff was so friendly through the trip. One word of advice, pay a little extra for the high floor with a view. So worth it! Highly recommend!

I know the $60 a night seems a bit pricey for parking but it was really convenient and you have valet and unlimited in and out so it comes out cheaper than parking in any of the surrounding lots. The hotel was very clean, staff was polite.

I am really impressed with my stay. The hotel was easily accessible from I75. The aquarium was across the street. The valet staff were prompt and friendly. The check in was quick. The staff made me feel welcome. The bartender was excellent..the food was decent. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the water pressure in the morning and the room didn’t get cool enough for me. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Well done Hyatt 👏
