I’ve only stayed for one day but so far the best stay I’ve ever had at a hotel, for the price. The staff were amazing at the front desk. The only con is I had to go down and get my own towel and rag, but other than that. It was a good stay. I would definitely come back.

Honestly the only issues w was the lights went out due to the storm and didn’t come on until early morning while asleep. They didn’t offer any discounts or concessions only they will refund is off were leave but many of us had nowhere else to go and that would still have been an inconvenience. Clean place. Very nice staff including the security guard. Will stay again.

I expected more as we already stayed other Holidays Inn in downtown Atlanta: when comparing both hotels, here is what to improve: breakfast (variety and silverware) cleanliness controls and staff skills. Free parking was a great plus. Overall was a fair pricing and the location proximity to the airport is a key factor.

The shuttle bus took a very long time to pick us up from the airport. My room door was having issues closing. The air conditioning was very loud and didn’t seem to cool down the room. The staff was very friendly and the housekeeping was very efficient. The hotel rooms need to be updated.

It was a very nice, clean, and spacious room. Enjoyed my stay. I was surprised how nice it was compared to hotels I usually stay at in downtown Atlanta. We had to leave very early the next morning but breakfast was already available early which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was excellent as well.
