I stayed at this hotel for a weekend trip. The location was convenient and the check-in process was smooth. Unfortunately, the room did not meet expectations. The bedding did not feel fresh, and the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I also noticed some noise from the hallway late at night, which made it difficult to sleep. I brought this up with the front desk explaining how nasty the room was, while the staff were polite, the issue wasn’t fully resolved during my stay. Overall, the hotel has potential, but improvements in cleanliness and noise control would make a big difference. Based on this experience, I would consider other options next time.

I wish I never had booked this. It’s run down, exposed wiring everywhere. Our door had been kicked in, the deadbolt was kicked off and not replaced. The elevators don’t work and are a scene out of zombies call of duty. The bed was uncomfortable, everything was dusty. It’s what you’d expect if you’d find an abandoned motel and had to hide from the store and it was vacated for years.

Please. Do. Not. Book. This. Place. They do not give a freak about your well being or safety! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This is completely false advertisement. Rooms do NOT look like photos. The reception lady told me all the rooms were in the same condition if I wanted a new or different room so basically I was SOL. I was on the third floor. The elevator was broken. I hauled all my luggage up 3 floors. I get to my room - it looked like a crime scene. I called the front desk and spoke to the lady to let her know that my TV is broken just in case I get charged for it. She said that all of the TVs in any of the rooms are either broken like that or they don’t have a TV so then when I come down with all my things and asked to check out I wanted to leave, she was like OK…. so you don’t want a different room? And I was like no if it’s all in this condition, like you said…then of course not I don’t want to! I’m leaving. My ride is coming and I’ve booked another hotel. I don’t wanna be here! Then she goes…. Wait!!! before you call your Uber to get you or anything don’t do anything! she goes: I have a room available actually for you. It’s brand new!! Just for you!! and I was like no because you could’ve given that to me in the freaking first place!!!! I was like this is nothing what I booked on the pictures!!!! The door did not have a lock. THIS PLACE IS SHADY AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

There were homeless people everywhere. It gave serious criminal mind vibes. It didn’t feel safe and it was not clean. The bed frame was crooked. We had 2 rooms, and 1 of the keys didn’t work. Went to front office and they blamed us for the key not working, said we had it around our phones. She was extremely rude and did not want to be bothered at all. Gave us the same key back and told us to keep it away from the phones. I didn’t even have my phone out around the key card. Went up, and it still didn’t work. Went back down and she ended up giving us another room and key, and it still didn’t work. At that point, we were tired and exhausted and decided not to stay. Went back down to turn in our keys, and no one ever came out to get our keys. We just left the keys on the front office, took a picture of them turned in and left. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was creepy, dirty, and not a safe feeling at all.

Fue un placer. Todo limpio. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario, hasta el más mínimo detalle. El baño súper cómodo y el agua calienta rápido. El staff súper agradable y atento. El desayuno riquísimo y variado. Doña Ignacia fue muy servicial en el lobby. Fue muy bueno y cómodo que hablen español. Camas cómodas y limpias. Si te falta algo, llamas y enseguida lo llevan a la habitación. No hay ruidos. Excelente servicio.
