Staff was very helpful. We booked a one bedroom suite, but there was a maintenance issue with that room. We were given 2 studio suites at no additional charge. The property is undergoing renovations. Our suites were nicely updated. The elevator is located down a long hallway and around the corner from checkin, so it’s inconvenient. There is only 1 elevator and there was a wait.

Everyone that we had interacted with had been very kind to my family and I. I can’t specifically remember her name, but a lady - possibly by the name of Tamara - with the first letter of her name being T, was in the front desk and she had been especially kind to all of us. Family fun

This is a great family hotel super close to airport w shuttle service. The breakfast buffet is awesome. The pool was closed during our stay which messed our plans up for a pool day. However, directly beginning the hotel is a quaint community park. Full kitchen was super for us!
