I had a fantastic experience staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton Alpharetta. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, providing all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The common areas were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. I particularly appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the helpfulness of the front desk team. We loved our stay, everything is new, in good condition, and clean. The area is really quiet and accessible with lots of parking. We stayed a few days and the breakfast slightly changes which we appreciated and they had a newer water refill station with cold and hot water! Would definitely stay here again.

It was unconscionable that after having made reservations a moth and a half ago we arrive and the day that due to overbooking they could not honor the reservation that was already paid in full. That they were changing the room with 2 queen beds for 1 king and that the second guest could sleep on the pull out couch. I for sure did not pay for a pull out couch sleep. In the end they switched back the room for what I had paid for I assume because they did not want to provide a discount. Additionally the WiFi never worked during the stay.
