I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean & comfortable, and everything was just as expected. The staff was phenomenal, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. They really made the experience even better. Staff were great and friendly, my ba d review is about the room and the hotel itself, Our room Was really really outdated room,everything was old ,we found a small spider and roach in the bath room, bath room door was not shutting ,it was hanging, the breakfast area was too small for this size hotel,you have to be fast to get a table, breakfast was good, They need to update the rooms , Parking space is good ,

Location location location. Im a regular traveler to atl due to work in up north. Buckhead close to 85 with free parking and breakfast within 30min distance to hartsfield airport hard to beat. Will.be back

I liked the room. It was clean but I would have liked a bathtub instead of just a shower because my son can only take baths. However we had to checkout a day early and they would not issue a refund for the unused day that I had prepaid for. That is the biggest disappointment I had because I would think that they would give a day refund especially to keep the customer happy to want to stay there again.

This conveniently located hotel served us well for a quick trip back to town for a funeral. All of the staff work extra hard to make sure their guests are comfortable,and they are all super friendly, which these days, is a luxury. The breakfast was surprisingly expansive with healthy choices as well as indulgences. The room was clean and comfortable, but pretty basic. I'd say the property is showing its age, but the staff makes up for the scuffs and knicks we saw. We had an issue with the TV remote, which could not turn off the TV, but the hotel tech guy came up and helped us out with a new remote.

Room was small but nice. Mostly quiet. Lots of breakfast options, and fresh ground coffee. Guest laundry was complimentary, but appliances were poor. Also, most of the equipment in the fitness center was broken in some way. Outdoor pool was dirty and way too cold to consider getting in. Staff was nice, especially the gentleman that was there in the afternoon.
